We're thrilled to announce that both our Assistant Manager Ella Blake and Revenue & Reservations Manager Mark Nixon, both took home awards on Thursday's New Zealand Hotel Industry Awards hosted by TIA.

Thursday 20th June saw the best and brightest from across Aotearoa gather at the glittering ceremony in Auckland's Cordis Hotel.

Ella received the award in recognition of her collaboration with technology solution provider Altitude to continuously develop the hotel's iBolton App, booking engine and all the behind-the-scenes magic that enables Bolton Hotel to quickly respond and fulfil guest requests.

His uncanny ability to read the Wellington market, commitment to the hospitality industry and glowing testimonials from happy guests secured his award.
