Ambassador Chefs are the voice of Beef + Lamb New Zealand and tell the gate-to-plate story and shape our country's food story.

MacLean is fiercely passionate about sustainable sourcing and treating produce with the utmost respect, utilising forgotten cuts and as much of the animal as possible to reduce wastage and showcase New Zealand beef and lamb in the highest standards.
